Essential oils are known to be used right from prehistoric times for the overall well-being of the body and the spirit. Extraction from plants, either in liquid or solid form, they have the feel or scent of the plant from which they are derived and may offer several benefits. - Clean kitchen counters using this recipe: You need 20 drops lemon oil, 10 drops rosemary oil, 5 drops oregano oil and 1 1⁄2 cup water in a spray bottle.
- Sanitize the bathrooms with a cleaner made by adding 10 drops of tea tree and bergamot oil to the all-purpose spray cleaner.
- Wake up the laundry by using 10 drops of citrus oils like lemon, lime, grapefruit, or orange in wool dryer balls.
